Call for Volunteers

United Korean Founders (UKF) is looking for volunteers to join KOOM Week 2026, taking place October 12–18, 2026 across Manhattan, New York.

Assignments are made by UKF based on applicant background and on-site needs.

We'll follow up by email with your application results.

Times listed are event start times. Volunteers are typically asked to arrive 1–2 hours earlier for setup, and shifts run through the end of the event. Venues and exact call times will be confirmed after selection.

KOOM Stage and KOOM Live run on fixed schedules — selecting either track confirms your availability for the full shift.

I will fulfill my assigned schedule and give at least 72 hours' notice if I become unable to attend. I will not share confidential information about VIPs, artists, or sponsors.I consent to UKF's use of event photography and video for promotional purposes, and to the collection and use of my personal information for volunteer selection and operations (retained for 6 months after the event).

Perks are provided upon completion of all assigned shifts. The KOOM Haus voucher is calculated based on actual hours worked.
